In Sabah, distance, transport cost, school sanitation, and limited access to products can all compound period poverty. Rural and Indigenous communities often face extra barriers when healthcare information and private washing facilities are inconsistent.

Blott's model matters here because dignity is practical. Products help, but so do trusted local partnerships, reliable distribution, and the confidence that girls are not being forgotten by people far away.

Blott starts in Sabah to keep the first sister city specific enough to learn from and accountable enough to update over time.
